VDO was established in 2008 with a group of young people in Mysore. It is instrumental of bridging the gap between the poor and the rich and encouraging the development of each person in the society, Consciousness of building up human community and caring for ecological balance and empowering the organizational people with self reliance and confidence towards social change.

The objective of this organization is to extend technical support in the field of agriculture and contribute to the well being of the rural people by providing them needed technologies. To enable the people of the society for a accountable and sustainable living, by providing them the needed attention in the field of Education, Health and Community Development. Effectiveness of out management is what we consider as an essential component of our higher steps.

An Effective Approach For Farmer’s Development

Transformation of Indian agriculture from traditional and subsistence to a modern scientific system of farming is highly essential.

It is depending on careful scientific research and planning in agriculture, providing the right resources at right time and right place and the technical knowhow to using them in right way is very important. Training is a critical input for the farmers for quick transfer of technology and a way to improve their agriculture and thereby their socio-economic condition. Mobilizing human resources means increasing knowledge and skill of the farmers in order to adjust themselves to the changing situation by adopting new techniques,

equipment, improving their skills etc.
